7 Administrative Assistant's UPDATE One last section in Advanced is the Display area. Set the number of recent documents to be displayed, measurement units (e.g., inches, centimeters, etc.) and if you use the Style area pane, indicate its width. QUICK ACCESS TOOLBAR The Quick Access Toolbar (QAT) is located at the top left side of the ap- plication – above the Home ribbon. This toolbar displays the commands you frequently use. Each time you open an application, they will be displayed and available so you can ac- tion a command with just one mouse click. Microsoft offers some common commands from the drop-down arrow at the end of the QAT. In addition, simply right click a command to add to the QAT or from the QAT menu, choose "More commands" to see all commands available and to rearrange the QAT command into a logical order. STATUS BAR The Status Bar is located across the bottom of the application. Simply right click this area to display choices of information to be displayed if in use. My status bar currently displays pages, number of words in this docu- ment, spelling and grammar errors, and overtype/insert mode, various views (e.g., print layout), zoom slider and zoom magnification.
