Since its inception in 2013 at Brick Lane's infamous Vibe Bar, the philosophy of B.A.R.E is simple: a party that stands purely for good people, good music and good vibes. Heading up the big birthday proceedings are Moon Harbour tech house connoisseurs Luna City Express; Desolat and Cocoon affiliate Basti Grub; and B.A.R.E's Jnr Windross, Daniel and Leroy Roberts. Expect the full B.A.R.E production and a big tribal party. REVIEW RENEGADE HARDWARE THE FINAL CHAPTER Drum & Bass label and club night Renegade Hardware closed its doors with a bang at the beginning of the month with its last ever event 'The Final Chapter'. 20 DJ's, 30 MC's, 20 hours, 5 rooms. The sound of rumbling bass, MCs spitting bars into the mic and ravers dancing until daylight was just what was expected of a RH night. With ceiling high speakers and gigantic screens surrounding the stage showing clips of planets and moving cities, it was straight to the front to join the ravers in their brightly coloured sunglasses and sweaty foreheads. Those are some pretty big shoes to be filled in the drum and bass scene now you're leaving guys. REVIEW Friday's lineup at the Nest was a heady combination of Hackman, Lancelot and the reliably trance- inducing Isaac Tichauer. Hackman is irresistible, representing the kind of R&B- tinged, sensual house jams which started Majestic Casual. Now he switches up dubstep for witch house with the kind of confidence that moves deep house further from casual sexism towards genuine creativity. Australian Lancelot showed promising style behind the decks as purveyor of sunny house and flowing locks. Tichauer played the perfect set to point Londoners towards his quietly released debut album, Devotion, spinning hypnotic grooves with a dark edge. Studio 338 Is Getting a Sick New Look Studio 338 is getting a sick new look just in time for spring - a new double-height steel and glass atrium, with a balcony on all sides overlooking the dancefloor and an increased sound system, turning 338 into a true Ibizan-style mega club. HOUSE NEWS FLASH HIP HOP Anderson .Paak Signs to Dr. Dre's Aftermath Californian rapper Anderson .Paak has signed to Dr Dre's Aftermath Entertainment. Paak recently appeared on six songs on Dr Dre's latest album [Compton: A Soundtrack]. Damiam Marley Announces 2016 'Welcome to Jamrock' Reggae Cruise The five night musical voyage kicks off on the 14th November 2016 and features a great line up including; Bounty Killer, Mr. Vegas, Collie Buddz and many more. REGGAE Parquet Courts Announce New Album And Tour Following up to 2014's Sunbathing Animal, Parquet Courts have announced Human Performance which is released 4th April. An extended tour will follow, covering Northern America, the UK and central Europe. INDIE Noisia Give Away Some Unfinished Material Noisia are giving away a selection of tracks that never were released. Old Shit We Never Finished, or OSWNF, is available from their website and is pretty much what it says on the tin, a collection of material that the trio never got round to finishing. DRUM & BASS ISAAC TICHAUER AND HACKMAN AT THE NEST
