With great melodies and backing vocals, beats and flow, 'Anything Goes' is definitely one to give a listen to. Beres Hammond provides the lighter vocals to the tune whilst Bounty Killer delivers his signature hard hitting lyrics. Mixed well with soothing tones, this track is full of contrast. In addition to this, they will also be exclusively premiering two of their songs "Upper Hand" and "Know It All" via Billboard. Falling Into Place will release on the 3rd of June via their Easy Star Records and their own label, 87 Music. Their previous album, "Count Me In" debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard Reggae chart and No. 13 on the Billboard 200 back in 2014. NEWS: REBELUTION ANNOUNCES NEW ALBUM ALBUM OF THE MONTH: STICK FIGURE BRINGS FRESHNESS This month's pick for reggae album of the month is Set in Stone by Stick Figure. This month's pick for reggae album of the month is Set in Stone by Stick Figure. The American reggae and dub band have been making a name for themselves since they started back in 2006, and gained critical acclaim with their album Burial Ground. Set in Stone is a very distinct album, written, recorded, produced and performed by band frontman Scott Woodruff, he maintains the flow and rhythms of roots reggae whilst imaginatively blending soothing and melodic sounds to the mix, allowing for quite a unique listen. Sometimes reminiscent of the The Beatles, Red Hot Chili Peppers and even mid-tempo electronic music, Set in Stone is tells a story with every trac, arguably creating its own sweet reggae sub-genre. With guest features from artists such as Rebelution, Slightly Stoopid, Collie Buddz and KBong, Set in Stone's distinctive production and song writing is definitely a step forward for Stick Figure and their music. Having been in the making for three years, 14 brand new tracks, it's no surprise that Set in Stone provides the best production we've seen on a Stick Figure record. The tunes are catchy, chill and full of personality, "Mind Block" allows is a prime example of this, with great vocals, lyrics and a complex combination of sounds, it leaves you in a state of ease. "Sentenced" provides deep sounds and meaningful lyrics, utilising piano keys to set the tone of the track, something not often used in the reggae genre. Set in Stone is a definite recommendation, provides sounds for everyone and anyone.
