In prepara- tion for Exit festival in the summer, this one-off party gave a taster of things to come in Serbia. Headed by Swamp81 boss man Loefah with a crate full of exclusive material, the night was never going to disappoint. The standard of djing was high, with the focus of room 1 being the darker side of the genre. Highlights in- cluded veterans Ink and Loxy and relative newcomer Skep- tical, dropping some filthy bass-laced drum & bass. Room 2, hosted by We Don't Give a Fu$% featured an ar- ray of talent with the stand- out set going to Chefal, who killed it with some wicked jungle, something that isn't played enough nowadays. just LICKED BEATZ @ CABLE Licked Beatz always present some pretty sick line-ups, bringing some of the best artists in dubstep, drum & bass and grime all under one roof, and the 25th of May was no different. Joker kept it fresh dropping some tunes off his new album in- cluding the dance floor de- stroyer 'My Trance Girl'. With P Money MCing alongside him, it made for one hell of a set. Stinkahbell was another noteworthy their uncompromisingly raw sound is one of the hottest on the underground scene and gets a crowd moving like no other. performance; Boddika and Mickey Pearce, up-and-coming brotherly duo Disclosure caused havoc with sets of forward thinking, bass driven music. Azealia Banks Female rapper Azealia Banks is HIP HOP Resolute One time promoters, and now HOUSE a record label, Resolute will be bringing their vibes on tour to London this month. Their tour will be wrapped up for the Select*Elect party on 23rd June. INDIE Adele Adele's super-hit album '21' is set to be re-released with brand new material. The fifth biggest selling album of all time, '21' will be remodelled by the end of the year.
