FILM
Finding Dory had the biggest domestic
opening ever for an animated film, making
$136.2 million - taking the crown from
Shrek the Third.
The film's certainly made a big splash,
opening on 4,305 theatres and topping
Central Intelligence reaching $35.5 million.
It's also the first animated film to hit the
top 20 overall films in opening reaching
18th.
The story builds on the much loved
character Dora from the original Finding
Nemo. We follow her as she attempts to
reunite with her parents. The film also
looks into the very serious issue of human
waste ending up in the ocean.
The sequel of Disney's Finding Nemo smashed the box offices.
