Automatic Bank Draft Your payment will be automatically drafted from your bank account each month. Paperless Billing Technically not a payment option, Paperless Billing allows you to receive your statement via email rather than in the mail. Pay Online You can make a one-time payment using our secure customer self-service web portal. Auto Pay With this option, your payment will be charged to your credit card each month. In-person Payment Payments can be made at the Treasurer's Office at City Hall, 308 Constitution Way. Pay by Phone This method will allow you to pay your bill with a credit or debit card over the phone. Budget Billing This option levels out your monthly payment over a 12-month period, eliminating any seasonal spikes tied to heating or cooling. Mail This option remains unchanged. Drop Box You can use the drop box located in the parking lot west of City Hall.
