20 ISSUE 91 / 2016 FESTIVALS A few of the names just announced to join the 21st edition are Jamie Jones, Ben Klock, Derrick May, Hot Since 82, Jeff Mills, Maceo Plex, Loco Dice and Skepta just a name a few. These acts join the previously announced line up including Craig David, Jackmaster, Joris Voorn, Richie Hawtin and Seth Troxler that guarantees to provide a weekend attracting hundreds of thousands to descend on Amsterdam. For their 21st edition, organisers are launching a new accommodation with a pop up campsite at the NDSM Wharf just 15 minutes from the Central Station. A new addition to complement the 24/7 ADE experience, the campsite offers over four hundred comfortable, heated, sleeping accommodations with jaw-dropping views over the city of Amsterdam and a selection of free special talks, art installations and performances across the weekend. The year's event takes place from the 19th - 23rd October. ADE ANNOUNCE MORE ACTS & THE LAUNCH OF ADE SLEEP/OVER The only outdoor festival that takes place during ADE week is back once again for 2016. Running for 12 hours on 22nd October, Dockyard Festival marries Dutch industrial heritage with contemporary clubbing at ADE, all going down at the abandoned shipyard setting of NDSM Werf. The line up this year features returning favourites as well as hot new names from the worlds of deep house, tech house and techno, as well as brand partners including Mindshake, FACT and Sci + Tec plus Terminal One Presents Blacksheep, UnPaved and XT3 Present Polegroup. As well as some very special guests still to be announced, the bill already features huge names, like Art Department and Christian Wünsch, Paco Osuna and Gaiser, Paul Ritch and Dubfire, Monika Kruse and Marco Bailey, The Advent & Industrialyzer, Johannes Heil and RPR Soundsystem, Oscar Mulero, Jonas Kopp b2b Pfirter and many more.
