Aquila. The couples present at the Mass represented a wide range of 25 to 70 years of being married, and were given the chance to renew their wedding vows. Archbishop Aquila commended each couple for their witness to the sacrament of marriage. Celebrating their 70th anniversary, Albert and Mary Ida Oliver (pictured) were the longest-married couple at the Anniversary Mass. PHOTO BY ANDREW WRIGHT Queen of Peace Parish celebrates inaugural Africa Week Longtime married couples honored at Anniversary Mass On Oct. 30, the African Catholic Society at Queen of Peace Parish welcomed Bishop Camillus Etokudoh of the Diocese of Port Harcourt in Nigeria for the inaugural celebration of their fi rst Africa Week.
