Outbreak is a hip hop festival that was established in 2003 in Florida, USA. Ever since, Outbreak has been bringing back the true essence of hip hop by putting all four hip hop elements together and respecting and carrying on the traditions of the hip hop culture. Throughout the festival, expect the party vibe while enjoying B-boy/ MC battles and cyphers, graffiti expo, DJs and funk band live showcases, workshops, discussions and actual parties. Outbreak is a festival organized by hip hop heads for hip hop heads and hip hop fans. The 2012 World Finals is expected to be visited by people from over 50 countries.
