FESTIVALS
After announcing that Aphex
Twin, playing a UK festival
exclusive and his first UK show in
5 years and relentlessly creative,
Flying Lotus would play next
year's event, Field Day have now
revealed the first full wave of
artists.
Taking place, 3rd June in London's Victoria Park,
FIeld Day 2017 looks set to cement their reputation
as a brand for securing top artists with a whole host
of musical magic already confirmed.
On the decks expect techno queen, Nina Kraviz,
the king of groove, Moodymann, Jon Hopkins, disco
heavyweights Hunee and Midland and that's just for
starters. Nicolas Jaar will play his only live UK show
of 2017, sharing the bill with the likes of Fatima
Yamaha, Forest Swords, S U R V I V E and Moderat.
After a smasher of a 10th anniversary event last year, Igloofest head into their 11th edition for 2017 with a party to top
every one they've done before.
With an almost unrivalled line up for Winter festivals,
spanning six weekends from 12th January to 19th February
, next year sees a host of the hottest DJs in house on
the bill with the ultimate party starter, Carl Cox, French
heavyweight, Laurent Garnier, deep house hero MK, Josh
Wink, Anja Sncheider, Eats Everything just to name a few.
Igloofest brings together thousands of music fans to
dance in an amazing setting under the stars at Montreal's
Old Port. The icy decor, steel structures and top musical line
up, make it one giant playground and this year promises to
be something special as Igloofest oversee the "Hivernales"
festivities, bringing two days of crazy outdoor competitions
and two off-Igloofest days of music to the site free of
charge.
