LSK Enterprises and Resurfice Corporation lend a hand during Championships L SK Enterprises was contracted by Niagara University Dwyer Arena, in Niagara, New York, to repair their ice resurfacers prior to the start of the IIHF Under 20 World Hockey Championship. When it was determined the ice resurfacers were in need of major repairs that could not be completed before the start of the tournament, LSK Enterprises, an Olympia distributor, contacted the Resurfice Corporation to ask if they would lend the University two of their Olympia Millennium E battery powered ice resur- facers to get them through the tourna- ment. The Resurfice Corporation agreed, and two Olympia Millennium E battery powered resurfacers complete with the Olympia LVR Laser Ice Leveling System and an Olympia battery powered ice edger in time to help the ice crew at Dwyer Arena get the ice shaved down and ready to repaint for the tournament. Even with a full schedule of tournament games and practices every day, the Olympia LVR system kept the ice level for two weeks, with minimal ice maintenance! LSK enterprises and the Resurfice Corporation stepped up again for the U.S. Figure Skating Championships held in Greensboro, North Carolina January 22-30. As they have done for the past four years, LSK and Resurfice supplied ice resurfacers to the host arena for the Championship. The same two Olympia's used at Niagara University during the IIHF U20 tournament were sent to the Greensboro Coliseum for the U.S. Nationals. The Olympia LVR laser system was set up for use in the competition rink, and the same positive results were achieved!
