As a result of collecting vast amounts of customer infor- mation, the company was able to identify the real problem that ice makers all over the world struggle with. White Ice™ is proud to bring you the solution — visit them at NARCE at Booth No. 404. Find Clean Air, Energy Savings with Advantix Systems W ith all the talk lately about toxic fumes in ice rinks, there is an easy, cost-effective way to tackle the problem; fresh air treatment with Advantix Systems' liquid desiccant air conditioning. These systems cool and dehumidify at the same time, providing inexpensive air ventilation with high quality, low dew point air and more than 40 percent in energy savings. Historically, ice rink owners have struggled with ventilation systems such as desiccant wheels, because they are extremely expensive to operate and main- tain. Conventional HVAC equipment also has its limitations. By bringing in adequate fresh air and removing particulates from the air, Advantix Systems directly combats ice rinks' two biggest dangers: poisonous carbon monoxide and toxic airborne par- ticulates from engine exhaust fumes.
