The ILTA Globe: As part of our green initiatives, we are producing a very concise number of daily conference newsletters, which will be available every morning at breakfast and at the member registration desk. Scan the QR code on the newsletter to see the information online. Additionally, information will be broadcast via daily email announcements and via various social media. Audio Recordings: Following the conference, audio recordings of most sessions will be available AT NO COST TO ILTA MEMBERS for immediate download from the conference website in MP3 format. Session Handouts and Presentations: As part of our green initiatives, we have posted session handouts and presentations on the conference website. These can be downloaded and printed by attendees prior to arrival or onsite at stations specifically set up for that purpose. We do NOT pre-print copies of handouts for the sessions for all attendees. Many handouts are provided on a thumb drive in your conference materials. ILTA Signage: Our signage directs you to events, helping you locate destinations and identify various points of interest. Each breakout room has a leader board outside the door listing the next session in that room. Special Assistance: ILTA Staff can assist with any special needs (accessibility, dietary). For assistance, please see an ILTA Staff member in the registration area. FIRST-TIME ATTENDEES Please come to the ILTA Conference Orientation on Sunday, August 26 at 6:00 p.m. in Maryland C. This ac2dc 2012 Program Guide 11 Mark your calendars for ILTA's 36th annual educational conference to be held August 18-22 at the beautiful Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, NV. orientation is for first-timers, as well as seasoned conference attendees, who want to get the inside scoop on places to go and things to do at conference. Policy Regarding Minors at Conference: It is our policy that no minors are allowed in any conference event or venue that is provided by ILTA: the exhibit area(s) and/or product demonstration venues, meals, social events, receptions and educational sessions. ATTIRE Casual attire is appropriate for all activities at conference. The evening socials do not require any fancy garb, BUT for our "big" awards dinner on Thursday evening, some will dress up for the event.
