OUTSIDE PROGRAMS
Like many facilities, DIS is hosts some truly
unique sports and non-sports events, run by
community organizations. For example, the
Iron Gate Exhibition is an historical European
martial arts event that features sword fighting.
Comedy shows have also been staged, as
has wrestling, pickleball, ultimate, and the
Program for All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly.
From its own sports leagues and programs to
those of its partners and outside groups, DIS
hosts a variety of different events that occur
throughout the year, making it stand out as a
go-to destination for fun and activity.
