The Sands Expo and Convention Center offers more than 120,000 square meters of meeting space, across fi ve fl oors of exhibition and convention venues, making it the biggest MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Exhibitions) facility in Singapore. Its Grand Ballroom is the largest in Southeast Asia, capable of hosting up to 11,000 delegates. In total, the Sands Expo and Convention Center can accommodate up to 45,000 people. Beyond the Sands Expo and Convention Center, event organisers can opt to book the hospitality suites located at the Marina Bay Sands Hotel for small group meetings. We have 11 Hospitality Suites measuring between 86-93 square meters for groups of between 20-30 persons per suite. Facing Gardens by the Bay, these suites are located at Hotel Tower 1 and 2. They are perfect for clients looking for venues for breakout meetings and cocktail receptions in a cosy and private setting, with natural sunlight streaming into the rooms. Each comes with its own balcony. With 2561 rooms and suites, Marina Bay Sands has become a "must visit" destination, winning the imagination of travelers with iconic attractions such as the Sands SkyPark, the ArtScience Museum, The Lion King musical and the nightly light and water spectacular, Wonder Full.
