Eyes on Southeast Asia
When it comes to business venues and hotels, what strikes buyers and travellers most will be convenience that yields productivity, with little room for error.
In Southeast Asia where a lot of sourcing is done on business venues, services and products down to the minute detail such as location, amenities and availability of quick check-ins are important to constitute an ideal business venue. The eyes on business venues not only narrow on Southeast Asian hospitality but go beyond that
towards a longer-term perspective; on whether hotel programmes are on-going and able to adopt changes, fast enough to accommodate demands.
In this issue, we look at what some of Southeast Asian's business hotel venues have to offer, with some useful insights on hotel management programmes' role in this area, the latest on travel retail industry and how airlines are positioning themselves; through visual rebranding and implementation of GDSs.
