In a blink of an eye, we are now fully immersed in the fourth quarter of the year. From the earthquake in Christ- church, New Zealand, triple disaster in Japan, the debt crises in both US and Europe to the Bangkok and Cam- bodia fl oods, all these events have one way or another had a ripple effect on the travel and tourism industry. An eventful year it has been thus far. Soon
though, 2011 would be at its conclud- ing stage. As always, this is also the time for
