Merry Christmas and Happy New Year
Season's Greetings. It's that time of the year when one feels a little more goodwill towards mankind and things seem to be a bit more merry! I person- ally love Christmas, the shopping for presents and wrapping them brings back fond memories when I was a child. Christmas was magical then, not that it is not now. I like the parties and the old friends you meet and of course the caroling. There's nothing quite like caroling
with all your friends and going from house to house to tuck into Christmas treats. Every Christmas, the air seems different and I feel different, well what can I say, most people are in a festive mood. This year it's also amazing the lengths that the hotels will go to in
order to capture this festive mood, it's more than just the roasted turkey or the enormous Christmas trees for some, which is all good for business I say. There are people who love to celebrate in style and so the market caters to that. But market forces aside I would
like to commend the companies that think of the less fortunate during this period and bring festive cheer to the less fortunate among us. Heaven forbid that they should miss out on the goodies. This is a time of giving and giving
and the best gift to give is to bring a smile to someone's face. So have yourself a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
