Founding member of Steel Pulse, Steve Grizzly Nesbit passes away Sad news has hit the world of reggae as Steel Pulse announce Steve Grizzly Nesbit passed away this January. Grizzly performed as the band's drummer from 1977 until 1998, on Steel Pulse's Facebook page they wrote, "the joy that Grizz had bringing the Steel Pulse music and message to our beloved fans around the world, will continue on..." PREVIEW YASIIN BEY BLESSING LONDON IN MARCH Hip Hop heavy weight Yasiin Bey is set to deliver a monstrous set on the 8th of March at Troxy! The rapper known previously as Mos Def, needs little introduction. Yasiin Bey first exploded on the scene as part of legendary rap duo Black Star with Talib Kweli in 1998. A year later his debut Black On Both Sides cemented him as a rap prodigal. Since then the New York rapper has continued to create critically acclaimed work. Still as fresh as ever, the rapper comes back to London to give us another unmissable performance with Jeru the Damaja and Mr Thing. This is going to be one special night. For a little while now DJ W!ld has been running these undercover events at this most balling of venues in Bedford Square. PREVIEW GREAT MUSIC, GREAT VIBES AND SOMETHING A LITTLE DIFFERENT For the first time in history, a party took place in zero gravity, headlined by some of the biggest DJs in the world. The specially converted A310 aircraft, used by the European Space Agency (ESA) for astronaut training flights, took off from Frankfurt Airport on February 7th. The flight lasted a total of 90 minutes, with headliners Armin Van Buuren, Steve Aoki and W&W providing the soundtrack to one of the most unique party experiences ever conceived.
