PARMESAN SALAD
• Red and Butter Leaf
lettuce (enough to
fill a bowl)
• 1/4 Cup of Shredded
Parmesan Cheese
• 1/4 tsp. of Worcestershire
Sauce
• 1/2 tsp. Red Wine
Vinegar
• 2 Tbsp. of Olive Oil
Put lettuce in bowl, add
the shredded Parmesan
cheese. Add 1/4 tsp. of
Worcestershire Sauce, 1/2
tsp. of Red Wine Vinegar,
and 2 Tbsp. of Olive Oil.
Toss well and serve.
GRILLED CHICKEN
• 2 boneless and skinned
chicken breasts
• 1/4 tsp. of chopped
thyme
• 1/4 tsp. of chopped
rosemary
• 1/2 squeezed lemon
• 1/2 squeezed lime
Cook on the grill until you
see nice grill marks and
no pink juices coming
out. Inside of the chicken
should reach 170-degrees.
Turn halfway through.
