15-Minute Grilled Chicken With
Asparagus And Parmesan Salad

meal just because there's not enough time in your
day. Kyle MacFarlane shows us one of his favorite
easy-to-make dishes that takes only 15 minutes
to prepare, and includes all of the nutrition you
need for a healthy, low-fat, low sodium meal.
Lemon-lime chicken with asparagus and a light salad
takes minimal ingredients and not a lot of preparation.
All of the items on this dish are lightly seasoned with
ground sea-salt, black pepper, and some olive oil.
The salad is a simple mix of greens with red wine
vinegar, olive oil, and parmesan cheese. Watch

Ground Pepper
• 1/4 tsp. of Ground
Sea Salt
• Olive Oil
Drizzle asparagus, olive
oil. Turn and coat all sides.
Place on top grill until you
see grill marks.
Check for the consistency
that you like.
