PURDUE VS. ILLINOIS PHOTO GALLER Y As is the case in most games, third time this season he had recorded double-digit stops and the second straight week he accomplished the feat. Landon Feichter led the team in tackles. He had 10, the Akeem Shavers got some of the glory — scoring a touchdown — but he also did some grinding. On the Boilermakers' final possession, Shavers picked up 24 tough yards on five attempts, which allowed the Boilermakers to run out the clock in the game's final 3:29. Coach Danny Hope hugs Robert Marve as part of the postgame celebration on the field. Hope improved his record to 6-8 in the month of November with the important win.
