With computer-supported projection audio and

"We encourage tours of the facility and a preliminary
meeting to brainstorm options," says Chris.
"With a full-service kitchen in our concession stand
we offer more than soda and pizza if organizations
would like to create a special event menu or need to
accommodate specific dietary needs."
If you're looking to drive business to your facility
during non-peak times, consider these tips to raise
awareness and increase interest.
• Know Your Audience – Be aware of
organizations' schedules and availability
(school calendars, company hours, etc.)
• Target Your Market – Meet with local
business district or regional economic
development contacts to find out who might
be most interested in your services.
• Celebrate Holidays – Consider holiday
schedules and incorporate holiday-themed
activities.
• Sell Your Weather Guarantee – Promote your
indoor, "rain or shine," climate-controlled
event guarantee.
• Be Transparent – Add-on requests may add
costs to the outing; discuss these up front
and include them in your event agreement.
• Be A Team Player – Be flexible throughout
and make the event planning process fun.
"Individual commitment to a group effort – that is what makes a team work,
a company work, a society work, a civilization work."
– Vince Lombardi, former National Football League Green Bay Packers and NFL Hall of Fame Coach
