The Inner Cycle is a dedicated indoor cycling studio founded by long time best friends, Emily Skoniecki and Hillary Mandelbaum. It was the first of its kind to come to the North Shore. Over the years, it has evolved into a welcoming community of riders of all fitness levels, who come together to get their ride on and work up a great sweat. We strive to make fitness and working out FUN, and keep the energy in our studios very light, welcoming, and inclusive for people of all fitness levels.
