Back to BaJa! As we are about to get the BFGoodrich Tires SCORE Baja 1000 Presented by 4Wheel Parts underway, we are excited about a historical and market important event about to occur. The long anticipated next generation Ford Bronco will once again will be made available to the public in 2020! This introduction will take place in the form of a new product launch tying a legendary past to an exciting future. The Bronco R model debut celebrates the landmark 50th Anniversary of a special accomplishment that was made by the legendary Rod Hall and his co-driver, Larry Minor, driving their Bill Stroppe Ford Bronco to the Overall Win at the 1969 Baja 1000. FORD Performance has now reintroduced their extremely popular model brand in a “Back-to-Baja” program that will now be carried on with their new Bronco R project. SCORE was fortunate to participate in a sneak peek of this effort at this year’s SEMA show to meet the current generation FORD staff that made this project a reality and the off-road driving veterans that have been chosen to take this special vehicle on a SCORE Baja 1000 race course.
