I'm still LORD over this nation, I'm on the throne, and faith in Me changes things. —word of e LORD given to Kenneth Copeland Our Response to COVID-19 In March 2020, it became clear that this year was going to look different from what anyone could have imagined. ough Brother Copeland had prophesied a Year of New Visions, Manifest Power and Great Change, the magnitude of changes we would face throughout the world were beyond anything any of us expected. e invasion of the coronavirus (COVID-19) brought the world to its knees, and life as we knew it came to a screeching halt. While the world grappled with fear, uncertainty and a loss of hope, we as believers had only one viable response—FAITH. ough the road ahead was unknown, one thing we knew was certain—faith never stops, and we wouldn't stop either. We would do what faith does—look fear in the face, rebuke it and charge forward to victory. Our Stand of Faith Against COVID-19 We decided early on that we would not be defeated, and we would not quit. We knew that the victory that overcomes the world is our faith! As we took our stand of faith against COVID-19, we quickly responded with many online and on-air resources to help encourage and strengthen people during this uncertain time: We created a webpage that outlined our strong stand of faith against COVID-19 and provided all of our healing resources as well as Healing School, as FREE product downloads from Kenneth and Gloria Copeland. We had special VICTORY Channel® programming with Brother Copeland that encouraged people in their stand against the coronavirus and taught them how to apply the basics of faith to the situation. Pastor George Pearsons united the Body of Christ through a Prayer of Agreement of Victory Over the Coronavirus. is prayer garnered one of the largest responses we have ever seen on our website. e need to connect with people who were quarantined and feeling isolated prompted the creation of VICTORY Update, a LIVE program on VICTORY Channel offering daily updates in a spirit of faith, which coincided with President Trump's daily briefings on COVID-19. Additionally, VICTORY Channel launched Morning Prayer, a live, interactive prayer support for so many in need of encouragement. It continues to air every weekday. We refused to become part of the cancel culture. Instead of canceling our planned meetings, we held virtual and drive-in events whenever possible to ensure the Word of Faith continued forth.
