Return to the Plan menu: RF Main Menu 1) Inventory 5) Cycle Counts 5) Plan. 7) Enter A (or F2 lookup to select it). You will note that it now creates a new cycle count job automatically. 8) When you return to Latitude Web, you will see that the Directed Cycle Count List is limited to the plan that was selected (A) and has only three items to count. Monitoring Overall Progress The Cycle Count Planning module includes a Latitude Web page that monitors your overall progress for each plan. This is found on the Review Cycle Count Plan Period Detail page: Main Menu Activities Cycle Count Review Cycle Count Plan Period Detail. The Properties tab displays an overall summary of the current period. In this example, we still have 17 out of 17 remaining days, 100% remaining (displayed as 1.00%). There are 40 total items to be counted. Of those 40, 38 remain uncounted (95%). The Jobs tab will display all jobs associated with this plan. The Counts tab will display all counts associated with this plan. The Discrepancies tab will display all discrepancies uncovered counting on this plan. The To Be Counted tab will display the items remaining to be counted on this plan. End of Year Latitude WMS also provides the ability to generate a cycle count job (directed by bin or by item) to count all inventory not counted since a specified date. The job can be further filtered by bin or item range, ABC class, velocity class, etc. Using this tool, you can assure that all bins/items have been fully counted at least once per year. This directed job is created based upon the "last count date" on Latitude branch inventory records, and the "last counted date" on the Latitude bin record for the branch. The Inventory last counted date is reset when an item at a bin location is counted. The Bin last counted date is updated when the entire bin is counted (for example, during a cycle count job that is being directed by bin, or if manual cycle count activity has counted all items at the bin.).
