Page | 6 (Updated August 8, 2024) Hands-On Learning | Shipshape Distribution with Latitude Manifest & Shipping System the "Load" text box. In real world use, you would be scanning the load label. 3) Let's go ahead and combine load "#00501A" by entering that into the "Load" text box. The "Latitude Integrated Shipping Screen" will now show that those two loads are now included in the shipment. 4) Click "OK" and LMS will ship the two loads in Latitude and the package will rate on the station. 5) Click "Record" and a shipping label will print. You can review it in the "LMS Label Images" folder as we did earlier. 6) For this order, (since there were more loads) let's go ahead and ship Package 2 by entering load #00500B into the "Load" text box. Notice that it no longer lists loads #00500A and #00501A because they were shipped as part of Package 1. 7) Just as with Package 1, you could scan other loads to include them in this package; however, for this example, let's just go ahead and click "OK" to ship the one load. The package will rate. Since this is Package 2, the rate is the total charges for this shipment, not just this box. So even though the rate for this box is $12.61 (the same as the first box), it will display the total charges for this shipment so far. 8) If you want to see the charges for this package, click the "Details" button and then the "Packages" tab and you can see the rate at the package level. It will default to the "Package Number" you were on when clicking the "Details" button. In this case, it's Package 2; however, you can use the "Prev" and "Next" buttons to scroll through all the packages for package level rating information. You'll want to note the "Package Count" changed automatically from "1 of 2" to "2 of 2". 9) Let's go ahead and click "Record" to generate the shipping label and record the tracking information in Latitude WMS. In this last example, we included a load number from a different order than the one that we initially pulled up on the Manifest Station. Let's look at the orders in the Latitude Web to see how the information was recorded on the "Tracking" tab. 10) Click the "View" drop down menu again on the Manifest Station and choose "Review Sales Orders" and enter "4397050" into the "Sales Order" text box and click the "Tracking".
