ILTA’S 2010 PROJECT MANAGEMENT SURVEY IT TAKES A VILLAGE TO LAUNCH A SURVEY And if not a village, at least a very capable project team. Mark Holdread, Senior Project Manager at DLA Piper, was our project lead with primary responsibility for designing the survey tool and analyzing the data.
