WINLOCK BROWN is the Immediate Past President and Co-Founder of the Association of Litigation Support Professionals (ALSP). She has been in litigation support services for more than 20 years, both in-house and as a consultant. She is a Co-Founder of the Colorado Association of Litigation Support Managers (COALSM), now Colorado Association of Litigation Support Professionals (COALSP), and has been a member of ILTA when on staff at law firms. COHEN is the Director of Practice Support for Proskauer Rose LLP where he is responsible for all aspects of the firm's practice technology and electronic discovery operations. Throughout his 20 year career, Scott has worked in a consultative capacity with law firms and corporate legal departments enabling them to effectively leverage technology in all legal practice areas. With a strong focus on leadership development, performance management and mentoring, Scott has successfully transformed teams of legal technology professionals into high performing organizations. Scott came to Proskauer from MetLife where he was responsible for providing general technology and litigation support services to the corporation's large and geographically dispersed legal and records departments. DAVID COWEN is the President of The Cowen Group and is a subject matter expert in building critical legal support teams with 20 years' experience at the forefront of the burgeoning industry. His previous staffing and recruiting firm grew to 27 cities in seven countries. David focuses on managing and developing the talent he places as well as building relationships that continue to evolve and deepen over long and fruitful careers. Based in the firm's Toronto office, Kelly leads a firm- wide team of litigation support professionals. Her focus is on the development, implementation and management of legal technology tools with an emphasis on electronic document discovery and litigation preparedness planning. Kelly is one of the founding members of the Canadian Association of Litigation Support Professionals (CALSP), an active member of the global Association of Litigation Support Professionals (ALSP) and is a Practice Management Peer Group Steering Committee member for ILTA. She is an executive coach and facilitator with over 20 years' experience in employee relations, training program design and facilitation and executive coaching. Clients include top tier legal services firms and other large and mid- sized organizations placing a priority on leadership development and using respectful and skillful communication to enhance diverse work cultures and inspire collaboration. Natalie's experience as a member of the human resources team at the international law firm of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and Affiliates in New York City provided the foundation for launching her consulting business in 1997. As the lead coach and facilitator, Natalie offers unique and creative coaching and training methods to her clients to support the development of skills and strategies to manage change, transition to management roles and transform to effective leaders. In a career spanning over 20 years, she has generated a global reputation for her strategic skills in managing risk, and combining law with technology and corporate business information, to innovate and deliver results.
