EVENING 97 Special & Evening Events Sunday, July 13 6:30–8:30pm • SXSW V2V Welcome Dinner The Cosmopolitan: Belmont 1, Presented by Official Host City, Las Vegas Featuring distinct culinary creations by The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, the SXSW V2V Wel- come Dinner will help set the stage for a memorable event. Dinner requires an additional ticket. See SXSW V2V Registration for more information. 8:30–11:00pm • SXSW V2V Opening Night Party The Cosmopolitan: Belmont 2/3, Presented by Media Temple Media Temple kicks off SXSW V2V with the Opening Night Party at The Cosmopolitan. After you pick up your badge, stick around for drinks and great music to start the event off right. Monday, July 14 3:00–5:00pm • Coffee Break The Cosmopolitan: Mont-Royal Commons, Presented by GoToMeeting Take a break and grab some coffee or tea compliments of GoToMeeting. 6:30–8:30pm • Monday Night Mixer Inspire Theater: 107 Las Vegas Boulevard South, Presented by Wordpress.com Monday night is "Downtown Night" at SXSW V2V. Join us in historic Downtown Las Vegas, on the revitalized East Fremont Street, for cocktails and networking at our Monday Night Mixer with the wonderful folks from Wordpress.com. Complimentary shuttles provided. Complimentary Shuttles On Monday, shuttles will run between 6:00pm and 11:00pm for the Monday Night Mixer and Film Screening at the Inspire Theatre. Catch the shuttle outside of the hotel lobby of The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, near the valet drop-off area. On Wednesday, registrants can catch a shuttle outside of the hotel lobby of The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas to the SXSW V2V Closing Party at Brooklyn Bowl from 6:00pm until 11:00pm.
