Filtration
Filtration of your spa or hot tub is imperative. It is extremely
important to keep the filter cartridge/element and pump
clean.
Hot water dissolves body fats, sun tan lotions and soap
residue of clothes and skin. These body fats and oils can
accumulate on the filter cartridge, in pipes and pump
baskets.
The filter on your spa or hot tub may look like the one below
and the actual filter cartridge/element may look like one of
those on the right:
We strongly recommend cleaning your cartridge/element
regularly with 'Spa Pro Filter Cleaner & Degreaser' and
upon emptying your spa clean out the pipe work with
'Spa Pro Spa and Pipe Flusha'.
