"WE WILL NOT REST ON OUR ACCOMPLISHMENTS OF THIS SEASON, BUT WILL KEEP DOING WHAT WE DO...RACE, LEARN, DEVELOP AND WIN" — PETER CALHOUN, BFG MOTORSPORTS MANAGER BFGoodrich is all about Baja. When 26 out of 27 overall winners of the SCORE Baja 1000 are sporting BFG tires, it's a testament to the blood, sweat and gears this company has spent researching and developing new tire technology. BFGoodrich is the official tire of the SCORE desert racing series and has racked up countless class wins, defended numerous Baja Challenge class titles and has more top 10 finishers than any other tire manufacturer. Luckily for off-road enthusiasts, this leading edge tire technology trickles down to the daily commuter and weekend trail blazer with BFG's All-Terrain T/A KO2 tire. "After being knocked off the top podium spot the last two years at the SCORE Baja 1000, we have refocused and brought, once again, leading edge racing tires to our drivers. So in order to handle such a hostile environment, the All- Terrain T/A® KO2 was built with 20 percent tougher sidewalls with race-proven CoreGard™ technology designed to take on the world's toughest road hazards without worry. The split and bruise resistant sidewall rubber is derived from BFGoodrich's race-only Baja T/A®KR2 tire. The KR2 was and is still being used on Class 1 and Unlimited Trophy Trucks, and dominated the 2014 racing season, helping clinch the 26th overall SCORE Baja 1000 win for the tire company. At the 2014 Tecate SCORE Baja 1000, Steven Eugenio claimed his first World Desert Championship title on BFGoodrich tires, and had 051 SCORE JOURNAL
