"It should
be fun to
run Father
versus Son
in Class-10"
— Zak Langley
lose those minutes. With that
being said, I think that one of
the most important things is to
break down each section of the
course and have a strategy for
those sections that suites your
car and your driving style."
We can definitely expect more
from the COPS Racing team in
2015, especially with three vehicles
ready and prepared to take on the
rest of the SCORE season. "The
Cops team is going to run the
Unlimited Trophy Truck and two
Class-10 cars for the entire SCORE
series," says Langley. "I will be Driver
On Record on the Unlimited Trophy
Truck and my brother Morgan and
Dad (John,) will be DORs on the
two Class-10 cars. It should be
fun to run Father versus Son in
Class-10. We will also be teaming
up with Rick D. Johnson, Harley
Letner and Kory Halopoff as drivers
for some of races. Those guys are
all great drivers and it's good to
have their help and experience
on some of the longer races."
With three race cars running
for the season points titles each
SCORE race will be exciting for the
COPS team. Considering that last
year (2013) the team took a break
from participating from running
any entire series, it looks like
they're geared up to be aggressive
in 2015, and are passionate enough
to work hard towards making it a
successful one. SJ
