Whether you've got a stock fuel tank or a racing
fuel cell, Holley's new HydraMat is an answer
to fuel starvation problems. Steep inclines, hard
cornering or braking can cause moments of fuel
starvation, a condition where fuel is not available
to the pickup, causing poor engine performance
and stalling. Holley's patent pending design wicks
fuel from any area of the mat that is contacting
fuel and stores it in an internal reservoir. When
an area of the HydraMat is uncovered, tiny pores
in the mat media seal off through the surface
tension and suck available fuel from other areas of
the mat but never air. Holley's HydraMat can be
made in different shapes and sizes to fit virtually
any fuel containment device, eliminating the
need for specialty reservoirs and pick up pumps.
Square, rectangular and "X" shaped mats provide
easy installation thru various sending unit access
holes or fuel cell cover plates. Retrofit devices are
available for stock tank vehicles to ease installation
of aftermarket EFI retrofit kits like the Holley
