Our conversation immediately gravitates to our mutual hometown of New York City, and its comparison to the serene yet vibrant Florida we gratefully occupy. He is warm and inviting with a dashing smile. He describes Miami as "beautiful beaches with a nice spice! The Latino influence is just awesome.
