Ice Rink Events Sets Up MEGA-PISTA In Mexico City Consisting of three rinks serving up to 14,000 people a day, "MEGA-PISTA" was constructed by Ice Rink Events in the central square — the "Zocalo" — in Mexico City. It was a very complex project, and took several months and long hours to bring to reality. Included is 34,500 square feet of ice, which certainly would qualify as the biggest outdoor rink in a warm climate. Ice Rink officials say this was one of their most challenging installations ever attempted and they did it in seven days! For more information about Ice Rink Events, log on to www.icerinkevents.com.
