About This Guide Why digital and not print? As part of our green initiatives for conference deliverables and in response to direct feedback from our attendees, we are providing a fully digital version of our program guide. We're saving money, we're saving trees, and we're providing a way to deliver more current information and multimedia links, extending the value of our educational offerings to those who attend ILTA 2012 as well as those who are not able to be with us. If you take advantage of our feature- rich mobile app, paper becomes even less a necessity. If you rely on paper documentation, it's best to print your information before you arrive, though we do provide print stations so that you can print content once you're on property. It's best to plan ahead and map out your strategy, as we know there are multiple sessions in each time slot that will vie for your attention. Planning Your Week From our conference website, you can view/print the Conference Session Grid of the four-day educational program and the Detailed Session Agenda for our keynotes and over 175 educational sessions. For a more interactive experience, the Search Sessions link allows you to find sessions based on keywords, by track, by speaker, etc. The Search Sessions link also allows you to add sessions to your Outlook Calendar. Or you might choose to use our very popular conference mobile app to create a personal agenda.
