Woburn has another great tapas restaurant prior to the arrival of Matadora—Pintxos Pincho Tapas Bar located at 385 Main Street. My wife and I discovered it a few years ago and have returned often, sometimes just the two of us and other times with a group. Each time was memorable. Pepe and Gigi are the couple who own the place with one other partner. Do as we do, go in and put yourself in their culinary hands. Let them pick your meal and wine pairings and you will not be disap- pointed. Again, love your magazine and articles and had to let you know about this mom and pop restaurant as well!
