www.ifrec.org IDAHO FALLS RACEWAY AT NOISE PARK The Idaho Falls Raceway at Noise Park is located 7.7 miles west of Idaho Falls on U.S. Highway 20. The park is home of the Snake River Stock Car Association, a professional Motor Cross track as well as new OHV Trails. Motorcross Services and Programs • Provided track and safety improvements at the motor cross course and managed 14 practices on Wednesdays and/or Saturdays. Practices were $20 per rider, we averaged 65 riders per practice for $17,680 in revenue. • Dozer was rented and track was maintained weekly by new full-time employee and park caretaker, Curtis Holmes. • Water tank was moved off track for safety reasons and new plumbing and electrical was installed. • Track was re-built in fall, changing jumps and landings to improve safety. Stock Car Track Services and Programs • Snake River Stock Car Association (SRSCA) graded and prepared track for eight (8) races during the summer months. • SRSCA replaced all lighting around track with refurbished lights and added a new sound system. • Water tower has been straightened and new signage was added. • Grant was received by the CHC Foundation to replace a section of bleachers, new concrete pads were installed and bleachers were assembled by the SRSCA. • SRSCA painted the remaining wooden bleachers.
