The recently concluded ILTM Asia in
Shanghai brought home a clear point
– that the travel fraternity needs to
understand what the end consumer
requires, in finer detail.
It's not that we are not doing
well in servicing the high-end market;
the products are out there, the
foundation has been laid out, profiles
are identified but what exactly is
the purpose of providing without

the Malaysian flag.
