CITY OF GOLD - SCHOOL SIGNS FOR MONITORING AND MESSAGING
Remote management of school sign messaging
displays across the city

NNNCo applied its multi-purpose N-sen device and software to this
network in addition to the N2N-DL platform for system-wide control
and viewing.
•
The data and control flows to the N2N-DL, which in addition to the
existing legacy head-end system, is used to send the school street
sign messages down to the device.
•
Initial roll-out to 80 school street signs in 2019.
•
The City of Gold Coast LoRaWAN® network was used to replace 2G
modems interfacing to a legacy messaging system which remotely
managed the text displayed on school street sign displays.
