Precision3D Buildings provide consistent and accurate 3D building vectors anywhere in the world, with detailed height information and exact co- registration of the 3D building vectors to all other Precision3D products. This proprietary artificial intelligence (AI) process is fully automated and requires no ground control, producing millions of square kilometers per month of the world's highest resolution, most accurate global 3D data available. Only Maxar is building the globe in 3D with co- registered data layers suited to a variety of GIS and emerging tech use cases. Precision3D Buildings offer accurate height values, high precision, and quality building-shape representations even for complex and non-traditional buildings, without the burden of building lean and occlusion present in traditional 2D image collections. Maxar's unique 3D reconstruction process allows for detailed texture recognition that identifies buildings from an absolute top-down view of all the structures. Global coverage Maxar's unique access to our own library of the highest-quality satellite imagery provides a foundation for consistent near global coverage. Rapid delivery Instant deliveries of detailed, 3D building vectors with segmented heights for roof and structure height variations are available from Maxar's quickly growing off-the-shelf library via physical media or electronic download. Current delivery time for areas of interest not yet produced is weeks to months. Decision-ready The building models are perfectly aligned to the other Maxar Precision3D products, like Classification, Digital Surface Model and True Ortho products, allowing for multilayer data analytics without complex and tedious data conflation steps. Data exploitation The 3D building vectors are delivered in shapefile format (other formats available on request), providing a common geospatial format for ease of ingest into the most commonly used GIS systems.
