You want to see what has been done and what the challenges were to avoid repeating mistakes. Too often this data resides with your contractors or subs or other point solutions within your organization. Without ownership of this information, you are left in the dark. Moving forward, you cannot create any benchmarks for how your projects are performing, measure success or forecast any costs or maintenance for the future. Kahua's program management information system (PMIS) application sharing capabilities allow owner organizations to own their own data so information is stored securely and can be easily accessed, prioritized and summarized as needed in a single solution.
