SAN QUINTIN S an Quintin, declared a municipality in 2023 with an extension of 32,953.25 square kilometers. It is one of the most gastronomically, culturally and geographically diverse places in Baja California. A paradise where you will find the cold and wild coasts of the Pacific Ocean, passing through deserts, oasis and valleys where you will be accompanied by giant Cirios, a species of endemic fauna, until you reach the warm and crystalline waters of the Gulf of California, home of the whale shark. ECOTOURISM Visitors have a variety of outdoor activities to do with amazing natural views such as volcano hiking, bird watching in nature reserves like Punta Mazo, visit virgin beaches and explore the wetlands by kayak. South of the municipality is La Lobera, home to thousands of sea lions, following the road you can find archaeological sites such as Mesa del Carmen where our ancestors carved part of their life and customs in rocks arriving at Bahia de los Angeles you can take boat rides where you will swim and be in contact with the impressive whale shark and other marine species.
