The successful candidate will manage removal, installation, and maintenance of an NHL quality sheet of ice, which includes in-depth knowledge and skill in operating ice-resurfacing machines, ensuring a thoroughly cleaned floor, freezing the floor, painting the base color, painting lines and logos, and building the ice to required depths. Recruit, manage, develop, and train ice personnel including IR drivers, ice crew, and game day staff.
