Performing a quick glass change during a game is a combination of communication and training. To successfully manage this, it is necessary for each rink to have a written document of procedures outlining the responsibilities of each department. Putting this document together will require communication among the department heads. Department managers will be able to provide specific procedural information for their respective departments. 29235 Lorie Lane, P.O.
