By the Numbers The 53rd Goodrich Tires SCORE Baja 1000 Presented by 4 Wheel Parts The 2020 SCORE World Desert Championship race season is now in the history book with the 53rd BFGoodrich Tires SCORE Baja 1000 Presented by 4 Wheel Parts taking place this November. This race took place under extraordinary operating conditions that successfully met the COVID 19 Biosecurity Protocol guidelines executed by SCORE and the racers. This activity was critical in assuring the processes were applied correctly to ensure that the Baja California Secretary of Health and the Secretary of Sustainable Economy and Tourism were confident that these activities could actually take place. The successful race operational plan that met or exceeded the established COVID-19 Protocols, is now the template for all outdoor activities taking place in Baja. Although many of the racers and fans were unable to attend the 53rd BFGoodrich Tires SCORE Baja 1000 Presented by 4 Wheel Parts, for many reasons, this increased the interest in the race activity viewership with SCORE Social media followers and Livestream viewers to an all- time high.
