About This Guide Why digital and not print? As part of our green initiatives for conference deliverables and in response to direct feedback from our attendees, we are providing a fully digital version of our program guide. We’re saving money, we’re saving trees, and we’re providing a way to deliver more current information and multimedia links, extending the value of our educational offerings to those who attend ILTA 2010 as well as those who are not able to be with us. With the introduction of our new mobile app this year, paper becomes even less a necessity. If you rely on paper documentation, it’s best to print your information before you arrive, though we do provide print stations so that you can take advantage of the various ways to print content once you’re on property. It’s best to plan ahead and map our your strategy, as we know there are multiple sessions in each time slot that will vie for your attention. Planning Your Week From our conference website, you can view/print the Overview of the four-day educational program and the Detailed Session Agenda for our keynote, Super Sessions and the 160 educational sessions. For a more interactive experience, the Session Search allows you to search sessions based on keywords, by track, by speaker, etc., and Plan Your Week lets you view the program each day and drill down to the details of sessions. You can add sessions to your Outlook Calendar and/or create your own online Itinerary Planner. There is a Speaker Listing of the over 300 ILTA member and vendor speakers. You can also view/print pages from this digital guide, or download a full PDF.
