ILTAdvisor The Member Registration Desk, located in the conference center foyer (third floor), is where you’ll purchase additional meal or event tickets. The good folks behind the desks are a wealth of information regarding conference events. The hours of operation are: Sunday: Monday: Tuesday: It will contain summary conference news, schedule changes, ILTA news and announcements. More detailed information will be broadcast via daily announcements and on the various social media. Noon – 8:00 p.m. 6:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Wednesday: 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Thursday: 7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. “Ask ILTA” Desk, located on the third floor foyer, is a great place to explore the benefits of your membership. Whether you’ve been involved with ILTA for many years or recently joined, you might have questions about your benefits, and we’ve got answers! Your questions can be specific or general, they can be about online services, local meetings or our publications … ILTA staff will be here to assist you in finding the answers. The ILTA Globe: As part of our green initiatives, we are producing a very concise daily conference newsletter, which will be available every morning at breakfast and in the foyer of the conference center. Session Handouts and Presentations: As part of our green initiatives, we have posted session handouts and presentations on the conference website http:// conference.iltanet.org. These can be downloaded and printed by attendees prior to arrival or onsite at stations specifically set up for that purpose. We do NOT pre-print copies of handouts for the sessions for all attendees. Many handouts are provided on a thumb drive in your conference materials. ILTA Signage: Our signage directs you to events, helping you locate yourself and identifying various points of interest. Each breakout room has a leader board outside the door listing the next session in that room. ILTA 2010 Program Guide 9 Audio Recordings: Effective Saturday, August 28th, from http://www.grcproductions.com/GRC,INC./ ILTA_2010.html, most sessions will be available for purchase and immediate download in MP3 format. Individual or multiple sessions can be selected. All major credit cards will be accepted.
